Derechos Humanos

“Derechos Humanos” is a Spanish term that translates to “Human Rights” in English. It refers to the fundamental rights and freedoms that are entitled to every individual, regardless of nationality, sex, ethnicity, religion, or any other status. The concept of human rights includes the right to life, liberty, and security, as well as freedoms of thought, expression, and assembly. Human rights are often enshrined in laws and international treaties, such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights adopted by the United Nations in 1948. These rights are designed to protect individuals from abuses and ensure dignity, equality, and respect for all human beings. The principles of human rights are based on the idea that all humans are inherently entitled to certain rights and freedoms simply by being human.
