CONCACAF

CONCACAF, or the Confederation of North, Central America and Caribbean Association Football, is one of six continental governing bodies for soccer (football) worldwide. Established in 1961, it oversees the sport in the countries of North America, Central America, and the Caribbean. CONCACAF is responsible for organizing major tournaments such as the Gold Cup, the Caribbean Cup, and the CONCACAF Champions League, and it represents its member associations in the global football community, including in FIFA.
